3. Authentic Skincare Products & Disclaimers

Natural धूड™ specializes in 100% natural, fine-powdered Indian clays and botanical formulations (such as Pure Multani Mitti, Rose Multani Mitti, Neem Clay, and Sandalwood Clay) sourced from the earth without synthetic fragrance or artificial fillers.

4. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing, modify product descriptions, or discontinue items without prior notice. In the event of an inadvertent typographical error in price or description, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for such incorrect items with a full immediate refund.

5. Orders, Payments & Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email or SMS signifies receipt of your order request, not immediate contract acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including non-availability of stock, courier non-serviceability in your area, or suspected unauthorized payment.

• Prepaid Orders: Processed through RBI-compliant payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and Net Banking.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Where available, COD orders may be subject to a phone or SMS confirmation prior to dispatch.

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand name "Natural धूड™", typography, product photographs, ritual guides, graphics, digital assets, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Natural Dhood and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademark laws of India. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Dhood, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any circumstance, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the product in dispute.
