1. Pan-India Delivery Network
We deliver to over 26,000+ PIN codes across India through our tier-1 logistics partners integrated via Shiprocket (including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and Shadowfax).
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Orders placed on Natural धूड™ are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are packed and shipped on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched from our fulfillment facility, expected delivery times are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: Applicable on all prepaid orders exceeding ₹499 across India.
- Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499 to cover packaging and logistics handling.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Where COD is active, an additional processing fee of ₹40 may be applied by the courier partner.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can follow your parcel live from pickup, through transit hubs, to out-for-delivery. You can also view active order status at any time in your Profile & Orders dashboard.
6. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Parcels
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or door locked, the shipment will be marked Return to Origin (RTO). Please double-check your shipping details and PIN code during checkout to avoid transit delays.
